Barbara McShane has been in the Real Estate industry since 2002, starting in Kalgoorlie before relocating to Perth. Barbara started as a Property Manager Assistant and is now a Senior Property Manager with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Barbara has experienced the highs and lows of property management and the significant changes in the industry from paper, files, and carbon copy inspection reports to modern powered technology.

Barbara enjoys building relationships with both owners, tenants and various stakeholders focusing on quality service and client satisfaction. Barbara goes above and beyond to ensure a positive solution is resolved for all parties. Barbara has a strong belief of continuous communication and strong negotiations builds robust relationships ensuring the process runs smoothly.

During Barbara’s spare time she loves spending time with her eight grandchildren, baking with her sister, taking the Caravan away with her husband and little puppy. Barbara loves spending quality time with loved ones.
