If you're not familiar with park home villages, it's fairly straightforward and we will happily go through the details with you over the phone or via email. But basically once purchased you own the home outright but lease the land it stands on. The village is dog free but cat friendly (indoors only) Water use is included in the land rent. There is no stamp duty and no exit fees and as the home belongs to you you actually can relocate it if you eventually choose to - but why would you? The location is superbly convenient. There is a bus stop to the the shops (and Perth City) right outside the gate. A small deli at the front of the property makes some of the tastiest chunky steak pies you're ever likely to try and everything else you could need is walking distance (or a very quick bus/car trip away if walking isn't your favourite thing to do).
