We are thrilled to introduce Lauren Thumwood, our Head of Property Management, who has been within the Real Estate industry for over 12 years. Lauren's passion for Property Management, has come from a life of exposure to the Building and Real Estate industry, with both her parents working in these sectors. This has equipped Lauren with a sound knowledge of property maintenance, troubleshooting, and thinking outside the box to achieve great outcomes. Being an investment property owner herself, she understands the challenges of our industry, and is able to lead the Property Management team through all phases of the market. Lauren, loves to use technology to increase efficiency, to give the Property Management team time back, and allow that human and personalised touch, which is something technology can never replace.

With Lauren, also managing the trust account, she has an in-depth understanding of clients income and expenditure and need for cash flow. Paired with a diverse knowledge of the Perth Rental Market, this allows clients to be incredibly supported in their investment goals and strategies from a management level. Lauren also encompasses an investor mindset, meaning she understands the importance of tenant accountability and works hard to negotiate on her clients behalf to achieve great outcomes. 

Hobby: Living in the Eastern Hills, Lauren loves to spend time outdoors, camping, hiking and 4WD.
