Our staff will begin to operate in office Tuesday 6th July with some still remote on the Monday 5th July.

Further to this for the week of Monday 5th July - Friday 9th July our office line 9475 9622 will be on 9am to 2.30pm and voicemails checked at regularly intervals between 2.30-5pm.

If you have an urgent issue, please call your Sales Representative or Property Manager on their mobile.

Unfortunately, we are closed due to circumstances beyond our control (government or health advice) .

Our staff will begin to operate remotely effectively and our office will be closed until it is safe to reopen.

During this time we welcome you to email the respective staff member or please call 9475 9622 which will be on voicemail and leave a message clearly stating your name, contact number and property reference and we will return your call as soon as able.  Please repeat your number clearly.

Contractors & Tenants - Keys/Documents can be returned through the mailslot 24 hours a day.

When operating in the office;

We ask clients to check in via the SafeWA app QR code on the door at our office.

We ask clients & visitors to our office & opens to cooperate & be aware of the latest advice from on COVID-19.

Due to the recent COVID-19 outbreak, we have made some changes to the ensure the wellbeing of our clients & staff. We encourage all appointments or collections in the office to be pre-arranged and to let us know if you are unable to attend.


We respectfully request the following attendees do not come to our office or opens if the

- Person (s) feeling unwell;

- Person (s) who have visited outside Australia or Interstate, in the last 14 days;

- Person (s) who have been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the last 14 days



We respectfully request that all attendees to Office or Opens ensure they:

- Use the hand sanitiser provided and

- Register your name, contact number and email address, in case we need to contact you following.

In the event that you feel unwell in the 14 days following a visit or Open, we request that you contact our office immediately via  9475 9622 or 0412 934 217

Updated 13/10/20 Our reception hours will be Monday-Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm (excluding public holidays or circumstances beyond our control). We encourage you to make an appointment with the relevant staff member if you would like to visit our office, to assure availablity and to avoid disappointment. If you ring us on 9475 9622 please be prepared to give your name, number & property reference and Karen will transfer you to the relevant staff member or take a message for a return call as soon as possible. 

Outside of these hours you can still phone us via the above number and leave a voicemail, but we also encourage you to contact us via the following methods;

During any unforeseeable office closure, emails and voicemail will be checked to ensure business continuity.

Prearranged collections

-          To minimise non-essential contact, we will require all visits to the Office to be pre-arranged in the following timeslot;  Monday through to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm *excluding public holidays.

Please arrange your booking or collection with the relevant staff member and they will notify reception. 

All returns of keys or paperwork are to be done via the Lettershoot. These can be done at all hours.  

Through being prepared, keeping you informed and working together, we can ensure that we are not only protecting our clients, staff and families but also our wider communities.
