NOTICE 06/01/2022

In response to COVID-19 we are implementing with immediate effect the following strategy, specifically aimed at ensuring the well-being of our staff and clients and to do our part to protect our communities. Please note our office operates wherever possible BY APPOINTMENT and PRE ARRANGED COLLECTIONS.  Effectively, the front door will be locked and all pre arranged appointments or collections can ring the bell.

An appointment means you are assured the relevant staff member is in the office and available to see you. 

A confirmed collection means keys are authorised and readied for your collection.

Reception is staffed Mon- Fri 9.00am to 5pm (excluding Public Holidays and Christmas/NY Closure or notified early closures.)

During any other unforeseeable closure, emails and voicemails will be checked to ensure business continuity. We will endeavour to post the latest updates on Facebook if you look up Porter Matthews Metro.

Contractors & Tenants - Keys/Documents can be returned through the mailslot 24 hours a day.

Cash payments will be discouraged. Cash can be paid directly to our bank account at any Bank West Branch. Please ensure you leave your reference number.

EFTPOS payments will be discouraged. EFT payments can be done directly at any Bank West Branch. Please ensure you leave your reference number.

for Rent payments are bank details are: Porter Matthews Metro Trust Account, BSB 306 055, Account 069 1822, Reference. Please ensure the correct Payment Reference is used on every payment made, (this number is included in your lease agreement on the base of page 2 together with our bank account details).  If you are unsure, please contact the office or your property manager to confirm.

for marketing and general payments our bank details differ than above and are provided to you on email and on your contract of sale.  Please always refer to your contract showing Account Details as a secondary check/ or refer to Purchaser Info sheet given to you at sale. Credit card payments can be done via phone for Sales only.
