 Closure: 4:30pm Friday, 20th December 2024. Reopening: 9:00am Tuesday, 7th January 2025

During this point our Property Management will operate at reduced capacity with skeleton staff. During this time for all urgent matters please refer to the Tenant Emergency Plan.

Please note our office operates wherever possible BY APPOINTMENT and PRE ARRANGED COLLECTIONS.

An appointment means you are assured the relevant staff member is in the office and available to see you.

A confirmed collection means keys are authorised and readied for your collection.

Contractors & Tenants - Keys/Documents can be returned through the mailslot 24 hours a day.

Reception is staffed Mon- Fri 9.00am to 4.30pm (excluding Public Holidays and Christmas/NY Closure or notified early closures).

During any other unforeseeable closure, emails and voicemails will be checked to ensure business continuity. We will endeavour to post the latest updates on Facebook if you look up Porter Matthews Metro.

For marketing and general payments our bank details differ than above and are provided to you on email and on your contract of sale. Please always refer to your contract showing Account Details as a secondary check/ or refer to Purchaser Info sheet given to you at sale. Credit card payments can be done via phone for Sales only.
