As our phone will be answered remotely, please be prepared to give a concise message with your name, number & property reference and Karen will send an email direct to the relevant staff member to return your call as soon as possible.

During any unforeseeable office closure emails will be checked and voicemail will be checked to assure business continuity.
- Office visits will be replaced by online or phone communication as our staff are working remotely.
- To minimise non-essential contact and as all of our staff are working remotely we will require all visits to the Office to be pre-arranged in the following time slot; Monday, Wednesday and Fridays 9.00am to 11.00am *excluding public holidays.
Please arrange your booking or collection with the relevant staff member and they will notify reception. All Collections will be done via the Lettershoot. CLIENT TO RING 9475 9673 upon arrival and wait at lettershoot.
All returns of keys or paperwork are to be done via the Lettershoot. These can be done at all hours.
