David Quadros began his real estate journey in 1996 at the then-fledgling Porter Matthews Residential. By 2002, his dedication and talent earned him a position as an owner of the business. Over the years, he has set numerous sales records within the Ausnet Group, cementing his reputation as one of WA’s top-performing sales agents.

Recognized as an industry leader, David’s expertise led to his invitation to sit on the Real Estate Sales Chapter at REIWA. His influence in the industry and drive for innovation have helped Porter Matthews Metro achieve consistent Top 3 placements in REIWA’s Small Business Sales. David is not only a high-performing sales agent but also a dedicated leader of the Porter Matthews Metro team. David has played a pivotal role in mentoring and developing the careers of many staff members at Porter Matthews Metro. His dedication to nurturing talent and fostering a supportive, growth-oriented environment has helped shape a strong, high-performing team that consistently strives for excellence in the real estate industry.

A Glimpse Into David’s Life

Outside of Real Estate: David is married to Melanie and Father to Isaac who is now studying at University and Ruby Q who is in year 5 and an aspiring actress and dancer.

Hobbies: David is a proud Eagle supporter since 1987 and loves cricket whilst his main hobby is running 4-5 times a week. You’ll often find David running along Perth’s bridges or participating in half marathons in the city’s beautiful surroundings.
